Maxi G6 with Cyclone

The Gentag Maxi Hammer Mill was the first of it's class fitted with a Cyclone dating back to 2004. Several other imitations followed, however, Gentag was and still is the leader in development and the innovator of the fantastic concept. The low pressure Cyclone has been developed for 100% separation of micro particles and dust. Centrifugal force seperate the particles. Air dust and unwanted particles escape at the top and milled product drops to the outlet port of the cyclone. This ensures that the end product is exactly what it should be. The Gentag Maxi G6 with Cyclone can basically mill all types of material and is known for milling fine maize, crushed mealies, all grain and fodder types.

For the more serious farmer. The Gentag G6 Centrifugal Hammer Mill has been designed with a base of over 40 years experience in milling apparatus. This design is based on having a high speed radial centrifugal fan connected to the bottom outlet of the hammer mill, enhancing the capacity of the Genta Maxi G6 by as much as 25%. The sieve of the hammer mill is continiously sucked clean by the centrifugal fan and the milled product delivered to the cyclone.

Gentag flagship hammer mill. Mill all types of grain and fodder. Ideal for square bales, small round bales and "straight run" mealie meal.

Available : Electric, Diesel or PTO. Stationary or on wheels. No inside blower. The suction blower cleans the sieve for more effective than the old conventional inside blowers thus enhances the capacity by almost 30%. Far less power is required. Only 22kW needed versus other hammer mills that is driven by 45kW drivers.

The mill generate far less heat while milling the product. Thrust loads being absorbed by 4 heavy flange rotors.
